The Associated General Contractors of Northwest Ohio was started in 1929 for general contractors to network together, promote the construction industry and assist each other with labor relations issues. Years later, the Construction Contractors Council was formed to allow subcontractor associations a central organization for further networking among contractors. Today, the CCC has 13 associations that have banded together in the interest of establishing a successful working partnership among Northwest Ohio contractors.

Mission Statement for the AGC of Northwest Ohio:
The AGC of Northwest Ohio shall commit to supporting its contract members by offering affordable, value added services; advising all members of relevant issues pertaining to their workings; representing our members as a voice in the construction industry and offering quality consulting and training needed by our membership.
